OneKnowledge combines a secure document repository with a private AI chat interface. It is designed to support Word, Excel, PDF, text, HTML, CHM and CSV content, viewing in the browser, version history and sign-in with multi-factor authentication or Microsoft Entra ID.
We are using and developing it ourselves as a support knowledge system, to protect customer-specific technical knowledge. OneKnowledge is in development, so we'll confirm which capabilities are available in the release we discuss with you.
